Treasure Beach Art Hotel, An Autograph Collection Resort

“Excellent hotel and place to stay but ashame about the lack of beach with the hotel.”

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the food was excellent. My room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. The pool was clean and well maintained, and overall I was very happy with the hotel itself. The only disappointment was that the website claimed a beach directly in front, but the only beach available was to the right of the hotel (as you face the sea), which you reach by walking 5 minutes along a busy road or by descending some steps from the hotel, negotiating rocks and a fairly swell.

“Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere”

Paynes Bay is very pretty. The rooms were clean and a bit large, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was appalling; we paid $1400aud per night and expected either fine dining or at least good quality food with plenty of choices, but it was worse than an average school dinner with little or no choice. The restaurant staff were surly and ignorant.

I loved the beach location, it's super convenient. The staff is really friendly too. That being said, the food is just okay and it's pretty pricey, which kinda takes away from the experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel - the rooms, staff, food, and location were all excellent. I didn't have any negative experiences at all, it was a super relaxing place to stay.

I recently stayed at this refurbished hotel and had a pretty good experience overall. The location is gorgeous and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. My room was really spacious and comfortable, and the food was good too. However, I did get a bit annoyed with people hogging the sun beds by the pool, and the wine list was pretty pricey - but no major complaints otherwise.
