Parking was underground, so I never had to worry about my car getting wet from dew or rain at night. The location was excellent, with the beach right in front of us, and I could step out onto the balcony from the window to see a nearly 170‑degree horizon. Watching the passenger planes and large tankers land at Chubu Centrair International Airport was a treat, and the night sky was stunningly beautiful. Breakfast was delicious, especially the signature kamaguri shirasu donburi, and the manager (or someone in that role) was kind and helpful. It was a bit disappointing that the stairs to the beach in front of us were missing—though a short walk would get you down—, and the elevator entrance from the parking had both “cannot use” and “can use” signs, which confused me (though I eventually managed to use it). Wi‑Fi seemed to be absent, and I would have liked the room to include pajamas.
It was my first time staying here, and the service from the male staff member named Stap was friendly and personal rather than strictly following a script, which made a strong positive impression.
All rooms had a beach view, but the recent renovation of the long‑staying love hotel left the cleanliness feeling somewhat lacking.
The view and quietness were truly soothing.
