The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout my visit.

It was pleasant enough, but we were the unlucky guests who had to deal with maintenance issues— the sliding bathroom door fell off in my hands, and a drain was blocked. The staff fixed both problems as soon as I reported them. On the bright side, the dinner was exceptional and deserves five stars.
