We found the staff rude, and nothing in the room worked; the biggest issue was the rude staff.

I booked the hotel, arrived to find it under renovation, which was very upsetting; the room wasn’t cleaned well, and the last guest had red hair, so the only explanation I could think of was that the person had hair on the ceiling and walls.
