A gorgeous hotel right in the city center for a solid price, but the jacuzzi was broken the first night; the staff moved us to a new room with a working jacuzzi the next day.

The hotel is stunning, perfectly situated in the historic district near many attractions; the staff were attentive and helpful, and the buffet breakfast, which featured made‑to‑order items, was sensational; I can’t find any negatives.

The location and courtyard were nice, yet the room felt cramped, the reception staff were generally rude and never smiled (except the housemaids and two people at the breakfast room), the breakfast quality was poor, the hotel’s vibe felt cold and old, the corridors were confusing and poorly marked, and it was definitely overpriced for what it offered.
