Caprice Motel - Wildwood

The front desk staff were amazing and helpful, and the beds were super comfortable.

“We won't be back.”

The lady at the front desk was very nice, and the walk to the beach was easy even during a nor'easter, but the motel was in disrepair. There were unknown stains on the couch we used for a blanket, the TV reception was horrible with static and pixelated even after the storm, a plastic bottle was found in the sink drain, the bathroom and floors were unswept with stray hairs and mystery pieces, a hanging light receptacle in the bathroom along with door and wall damage everywhere, and the bathroom ceiling started to leak during the night.

“Never again”

It was close to the boardwalk—just one street away—but the room was dirty, smelled bad, and the keys almost never worked. There was no elevator, so I had to walk up three flights, only to find the key didn’t work again, forcing me to walk all the way to the office and back up again.

The family room had two bedrooms, a pool, and a good location, but the old bathroom fixtures need an update.

“I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Caprice and will definitely stay there again in the future.”

The staff was very friendly, the beds were extremely comfortable and I loved the updated bathroom and shower. The television 🤷
