The staff were very attentive, especially Jalmer (sorry if I spelled that wrong), and the location is perfect for walking around downtown Lima. The hotel sits on a quiet street, which is great for sleeping in such a lively city. The breakfast was a bit weak; more cold cuts, fruit, and a cake would be nice, but that doesn’t ruin the cost‑benefit of the stay.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating; they really make you feel at ease. The lack of heating was a problem, but they supplied plenty of sheets to make up for it.

The room was neat, they offered a heater which is vital for La Paz's winter, and the staff were very friendly and eager to help. The breakfast was well supplied and the view of the city was beautiful. Everything else was to my liking.
