“Stay was comforted and loved how the manager was so understanding when we asked to checkout late”

I had a mostly positive experience at this hotel, with the friendly receptionist and excellent showers being definite highlights. However, I did notice that the bed needed some attention, and the blanket could have benefited from a good steaming. Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hotel's efforts.
