It was a fantastic break from the rush, and we even got to meet Heidi the donkey, who joined us for a walk.

The place is beautiful and perfectly located for a getaway, yet it was extremely dirty, with spider webs and dust everywhere—even inside the cupboards—and the stove, pots, and utensils need to be replaced.

I was really disappointed with this place. The whole building seemed run down and in need of some serious TLC. The stove in the kitchen kept tripping, and the damp and leaks didn't exactly fill me with confidence. It's a shame, because it could be a great spot with a bit of investment.
