The place sits 2 km from Niš city centre, a quiet spot that’s perfect for a break; there are no complaints at all, and the hosts are friendly and pleasant people.

We were a group of five on a layover and had a very pleasant stay. Check‑in and check‑out went smoothly. Even though we arrived around 22:30, we were greeted very warmly. The host speaks English very well. Parking is right in front of the house. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a living area (with air‑conditioning) and a small kitchen, plus a bathroom/toilet. On the upper floor there is another bathroom/toilet and three single beds (with air‑conditioning). There was enough room for five people. Overall, a very good place for a stopover – we were very satisfied and would return.
