The staff were attentive and the cleaning was good, but the pool felt a bit neglected.

The location was good and the staff were friendly, but the room lacked a hand towel, I found a dead cockroach under a bed and saw lint in the bathroom, and the breakfast omitted both gallo pinto and orange juice.

The beds were comfy and the rooms had plenty of space, yet the place was filthy with cockroaches, even after we were moved to another room the nightstands were dirty, the bathroom had hair in the sink, there was no breakfast nearby, we were charged extra through the booking app and it cost more, some guests missed breakfast because the receptionist didn’t explain the prices clearly, there was a mix‑up, and by 9 pm we just wanted to sleep; there were no instructions on where to eat breakfast.
