The room was a traditional Japanese style, very comfortable and spacious, with easily adjustable air conditioning and a fridge that had complimentary water bottles. The cleanliness was good, the bathroom was very proper, and the atmosphere was very quiet. Reception offered the option to rent a "Yukata". Breakfast was very proper with varied options. Everything else was fine; the only thing to note is that there is no elevator to reach upper floors, as the property states.

“Baños termales maravillosos”

The hotel sits nicely in Gora, right at the heart of the Hakone area. The room is large and the futon theme is cool, though they are still futons, so people with physical issues should be careful. The free hot spring baths on the lower level are the best part, truly impressive. Breakfast buffet is decent, nothing fancy. The price might be a bit high. Also, not a complaint about the hotel itself, but the Gora area turns into a cemetery at night, making it hard to find a place to eat, so you have to dine elsewhere beforehand.

“静かな空間でのんびり快適。”

The room was spacious and comfortable for a family with children. The lack of an elevator made moving luggage a bit difficult.

“Magnifica atmosfera”

The stay was fantastic; the property has a magical atmosphere. The honsen experience is very evocative and relaxing. The staff were very kind and professional—thanks!
