Nice hotel. You don’t sleep in the palace itself, but in a building next door. Highly recommend eating breakfast and dinner in the palace, the rooms are beautiful. Also a lovely pool.
“Perfect stop over for Southampton”
Staff were very friendly, the location was nice and quiet, the room was basic but clean, good tea and coffee, great bathroom, a fan in the room (was very hot). Great stopover for cruising from Southampton. Parking spaces filled up quickly, but we found something. We didn’t eat at the hotel; the menu was limited and everything shuts down early in the area for food.

Breakfast was lovely even though we were told the wrong time they finish serving, but they still let us in and didn’t rush us. The bar was open later, but when it wasn’t busy they closed it.
