The staff were friendly, but the bed had a stain and hair in the sheet, as if the sheets were never changed. The air conditioner made a loud rattling noise every time it turned on and stayed on.

I could spot the place right away, but the bathroom was filthy and no one answered the phone or came to the front desk—except when a staff member finally did. The room had broken items, the TV remote was missing, the bathroom door wouldn’t latch, and the shower required a sledgehammer to turn on and wouldn’t shut off properly. I paid WAY TOO MUCH for what I got.

The hotel is pet friendly, but the noise near the elevator is a real nuisance.
