Ice machine was broken on my floor and staff was asked by 2 different rooms and it was not fixed before stay was over

Everything in general was good—the staff were attentive, the restaurant food was fine, the bar service was good, the gym and pool were in good condition, and the rooms were clean. Everything was fine.
