The staff were hygienic, breakfast was good. The room I booked didn’t look at all like the one I received.

The hotel was noisy because children ran around everywhere, and there were celebrations going on late into the night.

The location was great and the view from the room was excellent, but we left after one night because of the excessive nighttime noise and a pervasive sewage smell throughout the property. We were given a room with a disabled bathroom that we didn’t request or even get told about. The outlets in the room didn’t work, so we had to charge our phone in the bathroom. The room was no longer like the pictures on Booking. The biggest drawback was that the hotel’s restaurant was closed, though lunch events for outside guests were arranged on the day we departed.

The spot was nice, just a half‑hour walk from the Drava riverbank to the city centre, but the accommodation was absolutely filthy, with bugs in the room, a toilet covered in previous guests’ waste, and the hotel was very noisy, even the staff were making a racket at 5:30 am. Breakfast was disappointing, lacking a sweet section and no replenishment of consumed food.
