The host’s service was very smooth and very friendly!

It’s near Kodaikanal Lake and the Kodaikanal bus stand, but there are no food options at the hotel or nearby, so we had to rely on Zomato for deliveries, and even then the choices were very limited.
There was no complimentary breakfast, and the location was inconvenient.
The staff behaved well, nothing to complain about.
The room was clean and comfortable, but the price was high and it didn't feel worth it.
