“Overall stay, was VERY DECENT,”
Every room had a kitchen and an outside patio, and laundry was available; the cleaning staff were always friendly, helpful, and delivered everything requested, and the location, parking and surroundings were good; however, some front‑desk staff were not friendly, helpful, or willing to help, pets shared the same space as non‑pet‑friendly guests and the elevator sign didn’t indicate a pet was on board, and the price changed without any accommodation even though I had proof of an airline issue beyond my control.
