Hotel Natural Medellin

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was simple but adequate, but they advertised the room as having a spa. The bathtub didn’t work, they didn’t provide extra soap for it, and when I complained the staff just laughed and said it didn’t work. That was why I stayed there.

Everything was quiet and clean, but every time I tried to enter the room the door kept locking itself.

The location is fine and the staff are friendly, yet the closet was tiny and the room barely matched the pictures: only one towel, a bath without a lid, a single thin sheet on the bed, and no bedside lamps. The photos should be updated to reflect reality and avoid setting false expectations.

I appreciated the staff’s service, but the room had several issues: the tap lock was faulty, the window was defective, there were no mini‑fridges in the apartments, and coffee wasn’t available even though breakfast was decent.
