The host was friendly and quick to reply, and the room itself was clean, chemical‑free and pretty roomy with a nice window and a decent double bed. The spot is convenient too. Unfortunately the second bed was just a wooden plank – you can’t actually sleep on it, only stash stuff. The décor is basic, the bathroom tiles are cracked, and we had to wait an hour past check‑in time.

Be warned: I never actually got to stay there and the owner just kept my payment. I’ve been trying to get a refund ever since, but nothing’s come back to me.

Marcia was super welcoming – her hospitality really made me feel at home. The only downside was her little dog; it’s adorable, but it just wasn’t my vibe.
