We booked four double bedrooms for seven people (2+2+2+1) and told the staff by 12:00 PM that we would arrive between 1 pm and 1:30 pm, which they confirmed. When we arrived, they suddenly told us that no four AC double bedrooms were available in the same venue and offered a room at another facility about 2 km away, allocating only one room there. This information should have been given earlier, but it wasn’t. The receptionist and other staff did not speak English. They mentioned that they would use their own car to shuttle us between the two facilities, which are roughly three kilometres apart, but the heavy traffic congestion made this a waste of time. Had we known about these issues beforehand, I could have planned differently, especially since I was traveling with four senior citizens who are 70+. The lack of communication caused these problems. Additionally, the rooms had intercoms but the reception number was not listed in the room.

The place itself is very calm and quiet, and its neatness is impressive. A vehicle is provided to take guests to the nearby hospital, which is very convenient for us.
