“A absolutely beautiful place to stay!”

The hotel is beautiful with tons of character and old‑world charm, and they have a lovely private waterfront area for lounging and extensive breakfast options. Our room had a great view, was very quiet and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Overall, we were extremely pleased and would stay again. The only critique was the amount of parking, which is a common issue in and around Kotor. We parked inside the gate the first day but ended up parking in front of the hotel along the roadside both nights, as the inside parking filled up quickly. Cars can park along the roadside in front; just make sure you are over the curb and off the road.

Excellent room, very convenient, great location, magnificent bay view. All staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning) were very friendly and helpful. The only negatives were that there were no shelves in the closet, and the shower had low pressure and some mold.

“Lovely hotel right on the water.”

The property was stunning right on the water, and breakfast was one of the best during our 9‑hotel trip; the room was small yet had everything we needed, a very comfortable bed, hot water in the shower every time, and a stunning view. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. The only drawback was the location: it’s a 50‑minute to an hour walk from the old city. We had a car, which is why we booked it, but parking is limited at the hotel, so we were hesitant to move the car later in the day. There are three bicycles that we tried to use, but they were gone every time we looked for them. Not a reason not to book, but if you’re pressed for time between activities, keep that in mind.

Friendly staff, the hotel was right by the lake, breakfast was good, and there was on‑site parking. It is about 4 km from the old town, so you need to drive, take a taxi, or ride a bicycle there.

A huge shoutout to Alex and the whole team for their genuine hospitality and friendly smiles; Alex made our stay extra special! We would love to stay again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone.
