The parking situation was good, housekeeping clean, the bed large, and the room spacious. Everything felt a bit worn; both armchairs in the room had wobbly legs, the shower tray was broken, the carpet in the room was spotted, and the pool area was also a bit worn. Everything should be renovated again.

The air conditioning was annoying.

It’s great value for money, clean, and looks fairly recently refurbished. The rooms are big. If you have a rental car and want to explore the area, this is a perfect spot with plenty of parking and good access to all major tourist spots. Lidl is close by for a quick breakfast grab on the way to Nice, Monaco, Cannes, etc. The only issues are that the room could use more pillows, a conditioner in the shower, and real hair dryers.

The staff were friendly, but the carpet was a bit rough.

Just a few minutes walk to Nice’s center, and the hotel’s restaurant makes for a solid dinner spot. It felt more like a business hotel than one for families or couples.
