Arrived at Hotel Cullinan in Brasília, booked and paid ahead, but when I got there I couldn’t get into my room even with the confirmation. They made me pay another night just to stay, so I ended up paying twice for one stay. This kind of customer neglect is unacceptable—if you’re going there, be prepared for chaos.

The room had no pillowcase, and the sheets were awful. I had to ask which room I was in at check‑in because the voucher didn’t list it, and the staff were slow to help. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

The room was comfortable, no complaints. The beds were cozy and the room was clean. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxed stay.

Location is perfect—right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Definitely worth it for the convenience.
