The spot is fantastic with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, ideal for anyone who wants to explore the area, and honestly there was nothing to complain about.

We rarely write reviews about our hotel stays, yet we feel compelled to share our experience at KYND Hotel: every staff member was very polite and friendly, making us feel respected and always welcome. We had trouble booking a KTX train connection, but the reception helped us very well. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, featuring different soups and Korean dishes each day, and the staff at breakfast were warm and welcoming. We can recommend KYND Hotel 100 % and are already looking forward to the next 10 nights soon. However, the bathroom lacks sufficient storage for items such as towels or toiletries, and the room is a bit too dark, but the positives outweigh these issues, so we still rate the hotel 10 out of 10.

The restaurant staff were friendly, and the built‑in steamer in the room came in handy. However, the power socket was loose and the connection kept dropping, possibly due to a faulty adapter.
