Relaxing, Comfortable, Private Bedroom

The staff respond quickly and take my requests into account, but the bathroom cleanliness needs improvement.

The room is comfortable, clean, and the parking and bus stop are nearby, yet the stairs to the room are a hassle and there’s no hair dryer.

The location is quiet and only 17 minutes from downtown Atlanta, and the access information arrived on time; however, room 1 isn’t very comfortable for working on a computer, lacks a small table and chair, and a quick clean‑up of the parking would be nice—no problem for me, but maybe not for other guests.

I never received a refund for the double charge on two rooms, even though I only stayed in one.

I dislike everything about this place; it’s the worst place to stay, with no quiet at night, the main door open all night making it unsafe, a dirty kitchen and bathroom, and many tools in the living room that are hazardous—this is a nightmare and a huge letdown, and I’ll never trust this place again; the housekeeper was very rude, treating me like I wasn’t even a customer, which is terrible service.
