“Fantastic hotel”

The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants. The pool is clean and warm. Food tastes great with many options. The mattress and blankets are warm and cozy. We loved how the staff went out of their way to sign a card and leave a bottle of wine to celebrate our wedding! The room was clean. Parking is limited; large vehicles with trailers can also park overnight. While we never ran out of a spot, there aren’t many options.

“Overall it met our needs.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful at check‑in and during breakfast. Getting into the hotel off the street was a bit of a challenge. We arrived at night, missed the turn off the street, and had to go back on the 401 to get back to where we needed to be. A lighted sign at the turn‑in would be helpful.

“very enjoyable”

I was thrilled by the pool and hot tub, and the staff was extremely helpful. On the first day, I mistakenly thought breakfast ran until 11, but it actually ended at 10, so we arrived after 10 and they let us stay since they hadn’t started cleaning yet—really impressive. The mattress, however, was a bit sunken in the middle, so sleeping on the edge made me end up in the middle all night.
