The value was unbeatable – the price matched the quality perfectly. Staff were super friendly and always ready to help.
The staff were very nice and attentive, always making sure everything was just right.
Breakfast was solid with fresh coffee, juices, muesli, yogurt, cold cuts, cheese, cakes, and eggs. The room was spacious, clean, and had a balcony overlooking the Mittgskogel – a fantastic view. We also enjoyed the wellness area of the adjacent four‑star hotel, and the proximity to the Riffelseebahn and glacier train was a huge plus. Couldn't ask for more.

Located right in the mountains, the hotel is within walking distance of great restaurants and offers a good price‑to‑quality ratio – the rooms were larger than expected and the breakfast was fine. Included were the ski lifts (more perks after three days) and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The balcony had a nice view, but the reception was rarely open (only in the morning), there was no information about the shared pool, and the bathroom lacked soap.
