The room was spacious. There was no hot water; the staff said "possibly the gas ran out." Unacceptable.

The kitchen is nice and large, with a separate seating area. The shared shower and toilet are opposite the room. I arrived to find a closed door, had to call for someone to open it, and in the morning at 6.30 no one was allowed in the seating area.

The only good thing was staying next to Dux Taverna Urbana. I never even slept there; after checking in I saw the room was in bad shape and left immediately. The sheets were stained, a cock was on the floor, and the bath and hand towels were dingy. My room was supposed to have a sink and bidet, but that had been removed. This place should be shut down!
