The place was clean and the staff were friendly, but it cost $333 a night with no breakfast included and they charged for bottled water—what a joke! The elevator was broken, so I had to haul our luggage up and down three flights of stairs, which was a problem given my health issues.

The river is nearby and the landscaping is nice, but the place looks tired and aged.

The staff were great—friendly, attentive, and professional. The facilities were overall excellent: rooms, hallways, and common spaces were clean and well‑maintained, and the vibe was cool. However, we had to rely on the on‑property restaurant for meals, and the dining options within a 20‑minute drive (one‑way) of the lodge were limited; another on‑property dining option would be great.
