A un passo dal passo b&b

“Tutto perfetto”

The rooms are very spacious, clean, and bright. The bathroom is equally large and spotless with all the essentials. The owner is extremely kind and very helpful with every request. Great location. There’s also a corner with coffee and snacks that I really appreciated. A motorcycle garage is available too.

“Qualche giorno di relax al fresco!”

My husband and I stayed on the first floor: the room and bathroom were large, very clean, and even fragrant! The B&B is brand new and welcoming, the owners are super friendly and accommodating. A bonus is the breakfast included at the nearby Chalet Raticosa with mountain views! The property also has a common area with some salty and sweet snacks and the option to make coffee or tea. Rooms facing the street are a bit noisier, but it’s quiet at night.

“lontano dal caldo del mare e della citta un posto finalmente fresco da godere appieno”

Everything was perfect! The rooms are spacious, functional, and tastefully furnished; the bathroom is roomy, and the surroundings are very cozy. The common areas are well maintained and pleasant, with a nice coffee corner. Courtesy, availability, and politeness really make a difference. The breakfast is rich, varied, and plentiful. A truly enjoyable stay in every respect, not least the wonderful fresh air! The Wi‑Fi could use improvement.
