I loved the location and the staff, but everything about the room was disappointing: the shower and toilet sink water tasted metallic, the toilet and room felt like a 1*, and even after changing rooms once it remained subpar; we only stayed one night, so it wasn’t worth USD55 per night.

The spot is right in the middle of Bhaktapur, and the breakfast was solid. The shower stayed hot, and as a couple we were lucky to get a queen-sized bed and a complimentary upgrade. The bar offered a nice view of the Nyatapola temple.

The place is in a great spot, the bed is comfy, and the mountain view is fantastic.
