Hotel Versatile, located in Guarda's centre at 1000 metres altitude, Portugal's highest point, features a restaurant with panoramic views of Serra da Estrela. A very nice hotel with a great city spot and a stunning view. The rooms on the left have a less open view and a bathtub instead of a large shower, which is a pity because the quality is lower for the same price as the other rooms.

A modern room with all the necessary amenities, helpful staff, and good breakfast. The sheets were very comfortable, and the room was exactly as expected.

The staff were friendly, the location was good, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. However, the lighting was far too dim, especially by the bed, making reading impossible.

The breakfast buffet was well organized with a generous selection, and the hotel’s high position offered a lovely view of the surroundings. The walk up to the center, though, was quite a steep climb.
