I didn’t stay long, but there was a long list of issues.

The location was right, the staff were friendly, and the value was excellent—I’d return. The ice machine was empty, but the neighboring hotel (same owner) helped out. The only drawbacks were the 90‑degree heat and 90% humidity, which made Arkansas feel like Pre‑Cambrian summer.

Not much to say positively. I had to go to another hotel to check in here. The property is in terrible condition, hard to reach, and the parking lot is full of junk cars.

I stayed near a bunch of eateries and a cheap grocery store, which was convenient, but after checking in we were harassed and threatened by another guest for three hours straight; we have no idea who that person was, he kept threatening violence, so we had to call the police and got a refund. There was no hot water and the rooms were dirty.
