“Would only stay there if no other place available”

The location was good for the business I was running, but the place wasn’t quite clean; the room looked old and needed renovation, the hallways weren’t vacuumed, and it seemed like some homeless people set up there by the government.

“Convenient enough to book again but not worthy for more than a week stay.”

The store (WaWa) was convenient, but the cleanliness was only partial; it was clean but not properly clean.
