Everything was great, but the service that shuttles you to the beach and brings you back was absolutely spectacular; honestly, nothing was wrong – everything was perfect.

The location was good, the property was new, clean, modern, with super nice and friendly staff, and the rooftop pool was nice; nothing to complain, all was excellent.

They charged me for the room three times, which left me with a terrible impression – it’s the first time I’ve ever experienced something like that, and the explanation from the lady didn’t convince me because I used my debit card, entered my PIN and the transaction showed as approved, yet I got room access and the next day the check showed three separate charges instead of the hold they mentioned, so now I have to sort it out with the bank.

I thought it was wrong that they charged for parking; the parking fee was a nuisance.
