The villa is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, with family‑friendly features like an indoor pool, kids’ playroom, pedal bike track, and plenty of outdoor space; the spa is impressive, the staff are friendly, and the Chinese restaurant’s food is tasty, plus the breakfast buffet is good. However, it’s pricey even for the space, offers limited on‑site dining and room‑service options, has no nearby malls or attractions besides Chimelong, and some basic room amenities are missing (no towels in the downstairs bathroom, no crockery or cutlery in the kitchen). The room only opens at 5 pm, but the staff offset this by giving a spa discount.

“wouldnt stay again”

Despite the hotel's pleasant ambiance and cleanliness, our stay was marred by subpar service, including a lengthy wait at check-in and a disastrous breakfast experience.

The hotel's convenient underground parking and elevators connecting each building to the room floors made our stay efficient. However, some issues with the ice supply and a malfunctioning hair dryer marred our experience. While the staff responded promptly to these problems, it took some time to resolve them.
