The building’s look, style, location, and a jacuzzi on the terrace were positives, but the room was in a dramatic state: the bed broke, a hanger fell from the wardrobe, the door had no knob and could only be opened by holding the small lock, the bathroom was heavily damaged and neglected, the breakfast was disastrous with no choice, cold and stale, and the coffee/tea/chocolate had a foul smell and dirty water; I attached photos. The bed was built from a frame and plywood, creaked, and the mattresses and pillows were weak. The hotel’s Radisson‑style façade hides the dramatic quality and cheap workmanship.

The hotel was very quiet, which is appreciated.

The location and staff were very good and helpful, yet the room was noisy because of the corridor and elevator, and some equipment in the room was broken or malfunctioning (the toilet flush and the towel bar in the bathroom).

The rooftop terraces and staff were great, but my room was very noisy because every other door slammed loudly into the lock, creating a lot of noise.

“Eccellent location, friendly staff, good for the money spent.”

Excellent location, all is reachable by walk. Friendly staff, nice jacuzzi on rooftop. Coffee and water available for free. No place to put the luggage and no even one hook to hang a towel. Washing the hands were a challenge ;)
