The view and location were excellent. The pillows could use an upgrade, which would make the night’s rest more comfortable.

The location was good, but everything else was from unacceptable to underwhelming. We were locked in the hotel twice—once for a minute or two and again for about 7 minutes—while the staff helped another guest with parking, presumably as a security measure. It’s absolutely unacceptable to trap other guests inside, and there are many other ways to handle security. The Wi‑Fi worked only sporadically, and we were warned that hot water lasted about 10 minutes per room, but it was really only three or four minutes.
