The staff were very helpful, but we booked two rooms and only one was available—confusion between bookings.com and the hotel, yet the hotel resolved it by giving us a spare bed in our room.

There was no welcome, no cleaning, no assistance and no information, and the TV didn’t work. There was no reception, no greeting, and during my two‑night stay nothing was cleaned and there was nobody to address complaints; the toilet was clogged.
