“Good hotel, pleasant and ambient atmosphere but manager could have been flexible approach”

I liked the ambience and the quick access to nearby restaurants, but the manager misheard my request for a 5‑day stay from Monday to Friday and only allowed Monday to Thursday, forcing me to find another hotel with a child in tow. He didn’t offer to extend the stay for an extra day at an additional cost, which was frustrating.

“Great place to stay, spacious & friendly staf”

The hotel was brand‑new, spotless, close to a restaurant, and the room was spacious—perfect for a 10.0/10 stay.

“Peut mieux faire …”

The room was clean, well decorated, and the bedding was good. The staff spoke English poorly and were condescending, which was unpleasant. There were no continental meals or breakfast, and the menu items weren’t available at the same times – rice started at 11.30 h, but eggs weren’t until 12.30 h. It was impossible to wash clothes if you stayed only two nights, as the laundry turnaround was 36 h.
