“Kelpies Views”

We were there to see The Kelpies, so the location was perfect for a walk. It was also close to The Falkirk Wheel, which we drove to. The rooms were very nice and the restaurant was great, with lovely staff at both places. Nothing negative.

“Definitely not 4 *”

The staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed in the garden wing, which feels very dated; the corridor had a musty smell, there were no power outlets by the beds—only two in the whole room—and the room was very dark with no bedside light. The bathroom sink was cracked, the toilet paper holder was rusty, and the grout had black mould. The kettle tray was stored in a wardrobe with no table, so it had to be placed on the dressing table that already had a TV, leaving little space to get ready. It wasn’t worth the money we paid.

“Not gluten friendly”

The bed was huge, the room was clean and comfortable, and The Kelpies were within walking distance. There were no vegetarian or gluten‑free options at Cooks Kitchen. At breakfast I was served potato cakes that contain wheat. I spoke to the waiter about my need for a gluten‑free meal; when I raised it, I was apologized for a “simple mistake.” It isn’t a simple mistake to serve food that could seriously harm someone.

“Świetna lokalizacja.”

The service was very helpful. The room was large and complete—nothing was missing, no damages or defects. The hotel was well maintained. The location was close to the M9, easy to get to, though a bit noisy, but that wasn’t heard in the room. It’s close to The Kelpies. The hotel isn’t brand new but is in very good condition.

Top Lage, direkt neben den Kelpies. In der Nähe noch ne Tankstelle und großer Supermarkt. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Badezimmer leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen
