The location was great and the room was good.

The best thing was that all staff, except one, were very friendly, respectful, and extremely helpful; the most memorable person was the receptionist, a dignified, respectful woman named Hong Boromey, who treated me like a family member and made me feel the hotel was her own, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Everything else was fine.

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the reception manager. The location is great. The room was spacious, well‑climatized and sound‑proofed, and the bed was comfortable. The pool area on the tenth floor was also very pleasant and well maintained. The breakfast was a bit minimal, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the toilet.

The staff were courteous, particularly Mrs. Soul Sokna, the front office supervisor. The room was roomy, well‑climatized, and the bed was comfortable. A very unpleasant smell escaped from the toilet drain, and the breakfast offered a limited selection.
