Air‑conditioned rooms feature satellite TV, balconies, private bathrooms, hairdryers, and minibars. Guests enjoy a buffet breakfast, Ottoman, Italian, and Turkish cuisine, plus bars with drinks and snacks.

The food was good, but it was busy, which is normal. Communication was a zero; the staff seemed like they were staying there themselves, not booking, and they were loud and childish.

My little son was injured and they didn’t provide first‑aid help; they only gave iodine with no dressing or bandage, and when I asked they said I’d have to pay £100 for cleaning and a bandage. They should provide a first‑aid kit with cleaning and a bandage for free or at a very low cost.

The location is good. The receptionist staff are not helpful.

Dessert, showers, and pools were great, but the beach was dirty and the spa and wellness staff tried to upsell expensive services and mislead guests.
