The staff were friendly and professional; the breakfast was a mess, a coffee maker out of two was broken, no fruit juice press, prices were high and rising despite renovations.

The bedding was good; hygiene was mediocre, and the construction work was extremely noisy on Saturday mornings.

It was far better than I expected from the photos, super comfortable and beautiful. I loved having a kettle with coffee and tea—the early flight made that essential. I also liked that a metro station was right in front and a McDonald's nearby. The bathroom floor felt a bit unsafe because the bathtub was somewhat slippery, but the bathroom is gorgeous.
