The location is very good and the staff are very good. For £350 a night for a room only, I’d expect the TV to work, but only French channels were available; I complained twice and it still wasn’t fixed. Every time we showered, the bathroom floor flooded because water just seeped under the shower door.

The place is well located. The room was too small to fit a twin bed and offered no view—just the back of the hotel.
