I never heard from the management at all, making this the worst experience I've ever had, and I wouldn't suggest anyone books here. The location turned out to be wrong.

The Rhodium staff were incredibly helpful 👍 👌 👏 I truly appreciate them and would strongly recommend this place.

When we got to the hotel it was shut down and the staff didn't bother to inform us; we were traveling from another city and that was disappointing. The services were poor.
