I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and despite the staff claiming to have fixed it, it still didn't cool the room. I paid for a half-board package, but the meals were the same for lunch and dinner, and the breakfast was a disaster. When I politely asked for a continental option, I was ignored. The room was also tiny, with three single beds instead of a large room as I requested.
