The customer service is excellent and we appreciated the food and the extra help we received at the front desk. The breakfast and the ease of getting around the city by transport and walking were also positives.

The area is beautiful and easily accessible. Unfortunately, there is no complimentary breakfast, no coffee or cups in the room for the coffee machine, and the bedding had some staining on the edges.

“Nice place good location”

We paid $90 for parking for two nights and had to park our car ourselves; a valet would have cost significantly more. The food offered in the on‑site restaurants was a bit pricey.

“Good Quality, Good Sevice.”

I liked that the place was clean. Checking in and out was very easy, and there were no hidden fees when the card was asked to be kept on file.

“Comfortable but not worth the price staying downtown.”

It was very spacious and easy to get to off the elevator. It was quiet and we slept very well. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant exceeded our expectations even though the price was a little more than what we wanted to pay. I didn't like having laundry carts outside out room on either side. It was like someone just forgot they were there. The valet parking situation was a horrible experience. We had to drive around the block 10-times in order to see a sign, find a space to pull in so valet could park our car. There was no cart offered and we had to haul all our luggage and bags up 20-floors
