The large space with a small balcony is so close to excellent restaurants and cafes and all that Florence has to offer, the place is clean with an excellent shower, and it’s a safe spot to stay, and there’s nothing negative.

The location is great and the staff are lovely.

The room was new and clean, but the entrance was embarrassing, the reception area was cluttered with random objects and furniture, the doorman seemed to be lying on the sofa, and the poorly lit corridors made me feel unsafe.
